- What is Nova Shield?
- A VPN with adaptive circumvention. Unlike a classic VPN, Nova Shield switches transport and protocol by itself the moment the network starts filtering or cutting it off.
- How do refunds work?
- 30 days from the date of payment, no questions asked, filed with a button next to the payment in your account. And before you buy at all, there are 3 free days with no card.
- How many devices can I connect?
- Depends on the plan: 1 to 10 devices at the same time. Devices can be revoked in your account.
- Do you keep logs?
- We do not record traffic content or the addresses you reach. We do keep operational session records — account, node, connecting IP, time and volume — for 90 days, for diagnostics and anti-fraud. The full list is on the "What data we keep" page.
- What payment methods do you take?
- You can pay with crypto — USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC and other coins through a payment gateway. RUB card payments are available on the Russian storefront. In the Telegram bot you can pay with Telegram Stars; local partner payments are available in some countries. Paying in crypto needs no documents and no bank, but it is not full anonymity: we still hold your email or account number and your payment history.
- Does it work in China and Iran?
- Yes. On such networks the client works through transports until it finds one that gets through, and applies hardened mode with frame-length obfuscation and domain fronting. The first connection takes 10–30 seconds — that is normal.
