Refund policy

Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of payment, no questions asked. The clock runs from each payment, not only the first one: if you renewed and changed your mind, the thirty days count from the renewal date.
Try it before you pay
You do not have to buy anything to find out whether it works. Every new account gets 3 days of full access on sign-up — no card, and nothing is charged when the three days end.
How to request one
Use the Refund button next to the payment in your account — the request is filed immediately and needs no correspondence. If a payment was processed manually and has no button next to it, write to support@logrus.space from the address on the account.
How long the money takes
Cards and SBP: 3–5 business days, depending on the issuing bank. Crypto: 10–30 minutes after network confirmation. Manual transfers: back the same way, usually within a day.
Crypto refunds
A blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, so there is no such thing as an automatic refund to the same address: crypto is returned in USDT to a wallet you specify in the request. The amount is converted at the rate on the day of the refund, so in fiat terms it may differ from what you paid — we do not compensate exchange-rate movement. The network fee for the transfer is deducted from the refunded amount.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
Consumers in the EU and EEA may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By starting to use the service immediately after payment you expressly ask us to begin performance before that period expires; if you then withdraw, the value of the days actually used is deducted. Our own 30 days are wider than this statutory minimum and apply independently of it.
Auto-renewal
A subscription with auto-renewal is charged at the start of the next period at the price in effect then, and we email you before that happens. Auto-renewal can be switched off in your account in one click: the period you already paid for runs to its end and nothing further is charged. Crypto payments are always one-off and never renew themselves.
What is not refunded
Add-ons such as a dedicated IP that have been activated and used for more than half of the paid term. Access terminated for breach of the acceptable use policy. A repeat no-questions-asked refund on the same account when one has already been granted — we reserve the right to decline those.
