Terms of service

These terms govern the relationship between you and the operator of the Logrus service (the "Service", "we"). By using the service you agree to them. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown above.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by the operator of Logrus. A legal entity is in the process of being registered: until that is complete we make no claim to have an incorporated company, the operator of the service is the party to this contract, and support@logrus.space is the single official channel of contact. Full company details, including registration number and address, will be published on this page as soon as registration completes.
2. What the service includes
The service provides access to a network of encrypted tunnels and the client applications that use it. The set of locations changes as the network grows; the current list of locations, their load and their availability are published on the status page and may change. The service is provided within the limits of the plan you chose.
3. Account and devices
Access requires an account: email and password, sign-in through an identity provider, or an anonymous account number with a passphrase. The number of simultaneously connected devices is limited by your plan; devices are revoked in your account. You are responsible for keeping your password or passphrase safe: an anonymous account cannot be recovered without its passphrase, because we do not store it.
4. Age
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. If the age of majority where you live is higher, that higher age applies. By registering you confirm you have reached it. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if an account turns out to belong to a minor it will be deleted along with its data, and the unused paid period refunded.
5. Free period
Every new account receives 3 days of access free on sign-up, with no card and no automatic charge at the end. After three days access stops until you pay. The free period is granted once per account; creating new accounts to obtain it again counts as circumventing plan limits.
6. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payment is made in advance for the chosen period. If your subscription has auto-renewal enabled, you are charged at the start of the next period at the price in effect at that time, and we notify you by email beforehand. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any moment in your account — the period already paid for still runs to its end. Crypto payments have no auto-renewal: they are always one-off.
7. Refunds
Refunds are available for 30 days from the date of payment, no questions asked. The procedure, timing and exclusions are set out in the refund policy.
8. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for the activities listed in the acceptable use policy. A breach is grounds for suspension or termination of access; for severe breaches — child sexual abuse material, attacks on third-party infrastructure — access is terminated immediately, with no refund of the remaining period.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We aim for maximum availability and publish actual measurements on the status page, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on every network at every moment: quality depends on your carrier's network, on your device, and on conditions outside our control. We are not responsible for the content of the resources you connect to.
10. Compliance with local law
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with the law of the country you are in.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. Material changes are published on this page with a new update date and emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service and request a refund for the unused part of the paid period.
