Trackers don't need cookies to recognize you. Your browser exposes dozens of small differences — GPU quirks, font rendering, audio stack — that combine into a near-unique signature.
A VPN does not fix this, and that is the honest answer
Your browser fingerprint is the same behind any VPN — the browser changes it, not the tunnel: Tor Browser, Firefox with resistFingerprinting, separate profiles. Logrus covers the other layer: your IP and what your ISP sees on the way.
If it is not for you, do nothing: the access simply expires.
